Shipping costs
When we started our web shop, one of our principles was that the buyers of our DVDs should not be confronted with unpleasant surprises during the ordering process. More specifically, we are referring here to the transport costs that in many web shops are suddenly added to the amount to be paid, and which can cause mixed feelings when closing the order. Therefore, the price we showed on our product pages was also the total price, with all costs included.
In recent months, however, we have noticed that this policy can no longer be maintained for some destinations. Shipping costs to countries such as Italy and Sweden, for example, have risen sharply, and the United Kingdom is no longer a member of the European Union, which means that we are seeing higher rates for taxes and duties.
For the countries that have significantly increased the costs, we will take half of the shipping costs in charge, but we will have to charge the other half to the customer. On this page you will always find an updated list of the shipping costs that we will charge. If your destination is not mentioned here, the shipping costs will remain included in the price shown on the website.

Shipping costs books
Our books are shipped directly to customers by the print on demand company Lulu Publishers. Their shipping costs remain unchanged.
