Katy Kononova is a singer from Severodvinsk, northeast of St. Petersburg. In recent years she often makes recordings with her companion Roman Kiselev. Before that she often sang with other artists, such as rapper MC TJ from Klaipeda in Lithuania.

Already in 2018 Kononova and MC TJ recorded the song Мастер и маргарита [Master i Margarita] in the Ura Mir Studio in Klaipėda, but the song was only released in January 2020.
